Basquiat in his studio Part 1: 1. Why did you choose this film over the others? I chose the Basquiat film over the others because I hardly know anything about Jean-Michel Basquiat and I wanted to learn about him. I have seen some films on graffiti art and have seen a little bit about Banksy before, so I just leaned towards the film that I was most intrigued by.
